Ingredients:
Mixed spring greens
2 square-inch cubes or sheep’s milk Feta, crumbled
One sixth of a medium Spanish onion sliced into half moons
A few shakes of Nutritional Yeast
One large carrot sliced in rounds
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Organic raspberry vinaigrette dressing
5 gluten-free, sugar-free, sweet-potato cracker/chips
This salad is fresh and bitter-sweet and provides vitamins A, B-6, C, K, D, and allicin, iron, calcium, quercetin, chromium, as well as protein and fiber!
