My Training
After nearly 40 years in communications, marketing, and publishing, I decided to go back to school to pursue my true passion—holistic health and wellness.
I graduated in 2012 as a holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition® and received board certification from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a holistic health practitioner.
During my training, I studied over a hundred different dietary theories, research-based, observational, and controlled scientific studies about foods as they relate to disease and health. I learned a variety of healthy lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods.
Extended Education
Eager to learn even more, I graduated in 2020 with certification as a Holistic Nutritionist from the Energetic Health Institute (EHI) where I had the privilege of learning from one of the country's leading naturopathic physicians.
My education from EHI included 1,000 clinical nutrition hours encompassing Traditional Chinese Medicine's 5-Element Perspective with regard to the emotional, anatomical, physiological, biological, and spiritual systems of holistic health.

To date, I am proud to have accomplished nearly 1,500 hours of nutritional and holistic health training.

And... I look forward to helping teach others how to adapt a healthy holistic lifestyle!

Grounding is good for overall energy balance of the body.
